Yelland Partners have developed a portfolio service which will allow you to keep track of your investment in ever regard.
It is constructed utalising a folder which has eight parts
- Total Management - this is where you file chronologically all your rental & loan statements, together with rates and other expenses.
- Who is Yelland Partners & Basis for investment
- Cashflow - A detailed cashflow of your property is prepared after it has settled and has been tenanted.
- Risk Management - This section is used to file such things as your landlord insurance, income, trauma & life insurance.
- Depreciation schedule - In order to claim depreciation on the building and fitout of the property a schedule needs to be prepared in your name for your particular property. This will be arranged for you.
- Valuations - This section is used to retain valuations initially and in the future for capital gain tax reasons and investment tracking.
- Research - This section can be used to retain research on a suburbs, cities, population trends and the like.
