Selection and Research
  • Provide you with independently researched property and suburb reports
  • Discuss with you your plans and goals to ensure a property meets your needs
  • Ensure the builder submits working and  engineering plans to council to receive  a Development Application and Construction Certificate
  • Ensure the builder has taken out Public Liability Insurance


Acquisition and Build
  • Obtain a fixed price building and/or sales  contract, including a detailed schedule of finishes and any extras selected
  • Monitor the six stages of construction, ensuring they are completed on time and provide you with updates on the progress
  • Review and ensure  progress payment invoices are passed onto your  finance team for payment
  • Ensure digital photos are taken and progress claims are put in  writing





Completion and Management
  • Assist you in entering a Rental Management Agreement with one of our highly recommended real estate agents​
  • Obtain council approval and certificates as required​​
  • Order tax depreciation schedule for the property
  • Order any required building or pest inspections and obtain reports
  • Continue to build our relationship and assist you in your next investment
